According to a TripAdvisor survey of 1,400 travelers in the U.S., 69 percent of them believed healthy eating was important during a vacation, and 53 percent stated that they always or often did exercise while they were traveling. In another survey of 32,000 young travelers from around the world, 14 percent said they worked out during a trip; only 11 percent admitted they did not do any exercise when traveling.
