A study published recently in Neurology, the journal of the American Academy of Neurology, reported that those who consumed fish as a part of a Mediterranean-style diet had greater volumes of brain tissue than those who did not adhere to a diet rich in fish. The study found that brain differences were similar to adding five years of aging to those who did not have the diet similar to the Mediterranean style.

Senate bill would expand Medicare coverage for telehealth

Cory Gardner (R-Colo.) and Gary Peters (D-Mich.) have introduced a new bill to expand access to healthcare — especially in rural and underserved areas that would allow Medicare to cover additional telehealth services. The bill, known as the Telehealth Innovation and Improvement Act, would allow Medicare to expand its coverage of telehealth services, changing what the Senators call a "poor industry standard" that discourages innovation and restricts access to specialized services.
