Combination therapy, including cytotoxic agents and molecular-targeted agents, has been widely evaluated for advanced BTC for first-line settings. Second-line chemotherapy is found to be more effective for advanced BTC. However, more clinical trials are required to understand the effectiveness of the second-line chemotherapy.

I made the appropriate click, 911 ('74-'89), and found myself among approximately 1,500 others. That is not where I am. When it comes to Porsche ownership, I am in a class of one. I would guess that the same goes for other Porsche owners.
