1966: A glimpse into Panorama’s past
Pablo Deferrari Transportation Technology & AutomotiveIt had been ages since I looked at any old issues of Panorama, but a lapse in time is a good thing; a greater appreciation of the content tends to happen with maturity. Something else occurred; I came away with a new found respect for our club’s rich history. This tends to happen when digging down to the roots, a deeper connection is felt because you “get it;” something quite difficult to do when the train was hopped in the middle or toward the back. What was club like back then? And Panorama, what was that like, how was it put together? How many pages? What sorts of topics did editors write about? These are the kinds of questions that flashed in my head the moment I opened the cover page of the January 1966 Panorama.

Living life on ‘our own sweet time’
Steve and Diane Owens Recreation & LeisureI can't remember when the idea first flashed through my mind. If you've made the decision that reloading is right for you, let's take a look at the steps needed to get started. First off, there are two primary accidents you must watch for in reloading: bad cases and the wrong amount of power (loading too much or not enough).

Keeping a fresh fish diet in your travels
Connie Ulman Recreation & LeisureI have been camping my whole life, and I have been full-time RVing for a while now. No matter where my travels take me, fresh fish is something I strive to keep in my diet. Now how do you go about making sure you get fresh fish in your diet while traveling? I'd like to say that it's an easy thing to do, but it's not — especially if you are not a fisherman. One option is to visit as many places as close to a water source as you can. A lot of the fishing piers offer restaurants right on location. You can either catch your own fish, or have a seat and order yourself up some fresh-caught fish right there.
