The tabloids were abuzz earlier this year with Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber going glamping. Suddenly no one can get enough of this trend.

Die-hard glampers have already established that they brought to life this particular style of camping with luxury elements. But the rush of demand for both glamping locations and related accessories has combined with fabulous events to make 2014 an interesting year for glampers around the world.

Here are a few prominent events that are promising more glamping options in 2014:

Of course, there are tons of others, but these have made headlines by catching on to the glamping trend and attracting more than their fair share of visitors. The events, some of which are scheduled for mid-year, are already booked and bursting at the seams.

These glamorous camping choices will include anything from simple, preconstructed tents to large and luxurious private rooms that will have inner-sprung or memory foam mattresses, scattered cushions, deluxe carpet or soft rugs underfoot, solar-powered lighting, fluffy bath towels, hot showers and even 24-hour concierge services.

Now one can soak in the music with the luxury of these glamping tents for an unforgettable experience.

Fans can get actual hotel room luxuries here but can also opt for simpler cots if they wish to hold on to the "roughing it out" thought. Package types include anything from a queen/king bed with 100 percent Egyptian cotton sheets and duvets to luxury futons and comfort cots.

Unique decor with soft aromatic candles makes every tent special while friendly staff to assist in the visitor's every need makes them feel extra-special. With all these bells and whistles, the camping magic has definitely been redefined.

But it is not only the events that are providing glamping opportunism, people are catching up on the trend and opting for glamping holidays more and more. To this effect, special glamping accessories are making their way into the everyday travel list, and a whole new industry is opening up while traditional companies are fast upgrading their products and services to match the new demands.

Top draws are for the glamping tents that are getting more and more glamorous every day, not to mention expensive. Once such tent that has set the industry abuzz is the latest offer from Anthropologie, which costs almost $9,000, a whopping large sum for a tent.

Then there are the designer tents that not only offer the best of materials and quality experience, but also individuality with their unique shapes and designs. The ones designed by ArchiWorkshop are shaped like worms and doughnuts and have quite caught the fancy of glamping experts.

The worm tent has a long curving form, while the doughnut tent has a hollow circular plan, and both come loaded with all the latest amenities for sleep, relaxation and entertainment with full kitchen and bathroom facilities. They have been specifically ordered for a remote camp site in South Korea, but have now set the new trend for more personalized glamping tents around the world.

It is not just the tents, however, that make glamping fun and comfortable. Trailers and campers are right there with the tents and are being increasingly used to make road trips and camping experiences state of the art.

A few months ago, a group of intrepid women from Wisconsin came into the news for their amazing renovations of old campers to make them glamorous and perfect for the adventures they had in mind. Their imaginative and innovative designs converted these RVs into festive options with all possible amenities included to make the experience complete and memorable.

This year, the options seem to be opening up even more. Novice glampers will have plenty to do and learn, but they can start with International Glamping Weekend coming up in June.

But for those who want to feel the hard punch of glamping, there is a definite scope at Le Mans 2014 in June. For the more than 200,000 race fans, the adrenaline rush will be matched with luxuries to make the Le Mans 24 Hours and the Le Mans Classic simply unforgettable.
