Vanessa Keenan is a former national level synchronized swimmer and the founder of The Online Synchro Coach. One of 20 Level 4 certified coaches in Canada, Vanessa has coached elite, beginner and masters swimmers throughout her 15-year coaching career, including the 13-15-year-old 2008 Canadian National Team.
