Steve Coté serves as a senior planner and project manager for RS&H's Atlanta office, and manages the firm's North Georgia planning practice. He has more than 20 years of experience providing both planning and engineering support to clients nationwide. He is experienced with the management of regional transportation planning studies, corridor studies, city/countywide plan development, sector/small area plans, multimodal analysis and plan development, capital project programming, freight planning, project development/costing, and stakeholder and public outreach.
