Scott Nolin has more than 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry, after spending over eight years as an engineer in the U.S. Army. As Director of Project Management at CBRE Healthcare, his responsibilities include on-site program management including scheduling; budget development and management; contract negotiation; proposal development and review; and client and team coordination. His management skills and leadership ability, along with his knowledge of construction and engineering, allow him to oversee and coordinate efforts of the Project Delivery Team efficiently to meet his clients' overall goals.
Scott holds a master's degree in business administration from Indiana University and a master of science in engineering management from the University of Missouri at Rolla. He also holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Southeastern Massachusetts University.

This morning marks roughly 48 hours since my family and I emerged from our temporary home not knowing what we’d find in the wake of Hurricane Irma. After a circuitous route home, we pulled into our driveway with the same uncertainty.
