Richard P. Payant
Dr. Richard P. Payant spent more than 22 years as director of facilities management at Georgetown University, and 23 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He teaches facility management courses at George Mason University, and is the principal of Facility Partners International. He is a certified facility manager (CFM) and plant engineer (CPE). Richard is also certified in Homeland Security (CHS) and is a LEED Green Associate.
