Nathan Shriver

Nathan Shriver is a designer, creative and film director from Baltimore. He is a passionate Porsche brand fan, having owned a Boxster, 911s, a Cayenne, and most recently a 2007 GT3 and 1997 Carrera Cabriolet. Nathan has been a member of the Chesapeake region PCA since 2006, active in both autocross and DE since joining. He enjoys the people and friendships he's made through the marque as much as the cars themselves. Nathan aspires to soon get his race license and to join PCA Club Racing.   There are so many beautiful short films out there from the Porsche racing professional's point of view — pieces from Jeff Zwart and the Drive Channel come to mind — but I couldn't find anything out there that told the story of the aspiring weekend track warrior. We decided to create a documentary film to really shine a light on what PCA "driver's education," or DE, is all about, from the perspective of the amateur, gentleman racer.
