Michael Tope

Michael Tope is a native of Arizona and a third-generation member of the insurance industry. He attended Arizona State University and majored in international business. Michael founded CBR in December of 1997 after several years of monitoring the growth of the HR Outsourcing industry. He is firm believer that with the evolution of technology and competition from emerging markets, the shift to outsource nonprofit producing activities to remain competitive has never been more relevant. Michael is involved locally and nationally with NAPEO.
