Karen Hall Leimkuhler and Kay Corriere
Karen Hall Leimkuhler, LDN, has been a consultant to the hospitality industry since 1973, winning several industry awards. Her clients have included national and international firms in the food service manufacturing, distribution, retail, restaurant and C-store markets. Additionally, she was a consultant to USDA School Food Service, as well as the weight loss industry.

Kay Corriere, MS, RD, LD, is an instructor at the APUS Department of Hospitality Management-School of Business. She has extensive experience in government, regulations and professional organizations.
