Dr. David Hulett
Dr. David Hulett provides consulting and training services through his firm Hulett & Associates, based in Los Angeles. He focuses on qualitative and quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis and on project scheduling. His clients include companies in several industries, U.S. government agencies and in many regions of the world. Dr. Hulett managed the revision of the Risk Management chapter of PMI’s PMBOK® Guide (2000 and Third Editions) and was the Deputy Project Manager for the PMI Practice Standard for Project Risk Management. He has published two books with Gower: "Practical Schedule Risk Analysis" (2009), and "Integrated Cost-Schedule Risk Analysis" (2011). Dr Hulett has held strategic planning positions at TOSCO and TRW, and he managed offices in the U.S. Department of Energy and the Office of Management and Budget. He holds a PhD from Stanford and BA from Princeton.
