Deb Page
Deb Page is a former K-12 educator with more than 20 years in human capital management in the private sector. She returned to the P-21 sector in 2002 to launch and lead the Georgia Leadership Institute for education leaders, an initiative funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the state of Georgia. In 2011, Deb teamed with Dr. Judith Hale to research and develop an evidence-based credential for facilitators of collaborative performance improvement through their startup, The Institute for Performance Improvement. The Institute provides performance improvement development and helps organizations build evidence-based credentials and accreditations across all sectors.
