Bob Thompson is director of customer consulting services at Power Automation Systems (PAS). Bob joined PAS to provide customers with the benefit of his 25-plus years leading and managing the design and operation of automated warehouse facilities in C-level positions with Deluxe Media Services and Macmillan Publishing prior to starting a successful consulting practice. Bob has consulted in the areas of supply chain optimization, transportation, strategic network design, best practices, facility design, slotting and staff development as well as warehouse management system design and integration.
