B.C. Henschen is a partner in Platinum Paws, a full-service pet salon and holistic pet food store in Carmel, Indiana. He spends his days working with clients to determine the best food for their pets. Behind the scenes, B.C. handles the administrative needs of the business and has made it his mission to raise the standards in the grooming industry. His focus is the business principles that need to be practiced to bring the image of pet grooming "out of the back room." B.C. also is a certified pet care technician and an accredited pet trainer.
